We have our own machine park so are able to undertake even very complex projects. What we offer includes steel structures and installations for the power industry and heavy industry as well as structures for public utilities, industrial construction and residential construction. We perform, among others:
Production of pressure elements for the energy industry
We own a 6,000m2 production hall. We have two cranes with a lifting capacity of 50 tonnes and 100 tonnes. For many years, we have been manufacturing pressure elements of various dimensions. We have CNC machines which guarantee precise metal processing. We also carry out projects that can complement the production of pressure elements. We are authorised by UDT and TÜV SUD to manufacture, modernise and repair pressure equipment and steel structures.

We have certificates which entitle us to carry out welding projects as well as manufacturing steel structures. The documents issued by the UDT – the Office of Technical Inspection allow:

We have a number of recognised welding technologies:

We have a qualified team of welders whose effectiveness reaches 100%, even in the case of X-ray examinations.
MACHINERY PARK FOR STEEL STRUCTURES
We have a fully equipped machinery park. We work using welding machines from renowned companies such as LORCH, KEMPPI, MIGATRONIC, CEA, ESAB. We also have the option of submerged arc welding. The production preparation department has an ECKERT plasma/oxy-acetylene burner with the possibility of burning 2.5 x 12m sheet metal, BOMAR metal saws, guillotine, press brake, radial drills, sheet metal rollers and belt grinders for pipes and flat surfaces.
The equipment base, combined with many years of experience and high qualifications of our employees, allows us to implement demanding projects in the field of steel structure production.
The steel structures which we manufacture are used in many industrial facilities in Poland and Europe. The effects of our work are evaluated so well by our clients that they return to us to cooperate once again.
